Do my staff need to download an app?
No. Staff use WhatsApp to send availability, request swaps or report sickness. Managers approve from the Orra dashboard or by replying to Orra's message.
How does Orra find cover when someone is sick?
When a staff member reports sickness, Orra offers the shift to people who are available, have the right skills and haven't hit their weekly hours, in the order you choose. The first person to accept gets the shift and you get a notification.
Does it follow UK Working Time Regulations?
Orra checks every shift against the rules you set, including the 11-hour daily rest period and the 48-hour average working week, and warns you before you publish a rota that breaks them.
Can it export hours for payroll?
