Orra sees upcoming appointments, finished jobs and unpaid invoices.

  2. Pick your follow-ups

Choose reminders, review requests, invoice chasers and win-back messages, and when each one is sent.

  3. Orra sends and replies

Messages go out in your tone. When a customer replies to reschedule or ask a question, Orra handles it or passes it to you.

FAQ

Orra Chase questions, answered.

What are automated follow-ups?

Automated follow-ups are messages sent automatically at the right time, such as appointment reminders, review requests, invoice chasers and win-back messages. Orra Chase sends them by SMS and WhatsApp and also handles customer replies.

Do appointment reminders reduce no-shows?

Reminders give customers an easy way to confirm or reschedule instead of forgetting, which is why most booking-based businesses use them. Orra adds one-tap rescheduling and offers freed-up slots to other customers.

Is it legal to send reminder and review messages in the UK?

Service messages such as appointment reminders to existing customers are generally fine. Marketing messages need the right consent under UK GDPR and PECR. Orra lets you mark which customers have opted in to marketing.

Can Orra ask for Google reviews?

Yes. Orra asks customers for a Google review after a completed appointment or job, using your review link. It asks everyone in the same way rather than filtering out unhappy customers, which keeps you within Google's review policies.

Can it chase unpaid invoices?

Yes. Orra sends polite reminders before and after the due date with a payment link, and stops as soon as the invoice is paid.

How much does it cost?

Orra Chase is included in the Growth plan from £149 a month plus VAT. There is a 7-day free trial and no contract.
